We don't even know where to begin. Sarah is simply the best in the business. A consummate pro at her job, Sarah is extremely professional and responsive. She did what was in our best interest 100% of the time. She is honest, she is intelligent, she is knowledgeable, she is fair, and most of all, she just has it all together. A family friend of ours was our Mortgage Lending Officer on our home and told us outright "You don't know how lucky you are working with a woman that is that put together. Anytime I ask her for a document or for information, it is in my inbox within minutes and most of the time I don't even have to ask-she's already sent it to me!" As first-time home buyers Sarah was exactly what we needed to make the process go smoothly. She makes each step clear and understandable, while at the same time giving total control over the direction you wish to take. When we started our search she was very responsive and set up showings the same day we found them (a plus in the fast moving Charlotte market). This allowed us to get a feel for the types of properties we liked, and let us get to know the areas that we wanted to keep looking in. At no time did she rush us, or push us in any particular direction, she just provided us detailed information, and a wonderful opinion on the +/-'s of each property. Once we fell in love with a particular house, she let us know the complete situation, and her recommendations for how to handle it. She even did a video tour of the property while we were out of town. This allowed us to put in an appropriate bid, at the correct time, which ended up being the one the owner chose. Once the house was under contract she made each of the remaining steps as easy as humanly possible. What others had told us would be a stressful process, was actually quite comfortable; a direct result of having Sarah there to answer what probably amounted to over 500 email/text messages. She was able to recommend competent, and fairly priced companies/individuals, while at the same time being able to work extremely well with the companies we chose for specific services. Finally, when the appraisal came back slightly below our offer, she was able to negotiate the entire amount from the seller, all the while helping us stay relaxed and optimistic about the quickly approaching closing date. Looking back, we feel we made a great choice choosing Sarah as our Agent. She was nothing but a joy to work with, and we thank her very much for all her hard work!
